- Place Kiwi on cutting board
- Hold kiwi steady with fork
- Using paring knife to cut off both ends
- Place kiwi in stand position
- Put a fork on kiwi based to ensure kiwi will not move
- Peel away skin from upper to bottom part downward
- Until it's skin clear and just see kiwi flesh
- Place kiwi vertically from you
- Slice the kiwi
- Transfer the slices kiwi to serving plate
- okay done!!
