Now, we move to the second task that we have to elaborate the function of each equipment.
CROCKERY
✽ Crockery is used to refer to various types of tableware.
✽ They also a type of dish ware which is used at the table during mealtime.
✽ Crockery includes plates, cups, serving platters, bowl and dishes which is used to hold condiments, like gravy bowls.

✽ The glassware is usually transparent or translucent material that has no crystalline structure yet behaves like a solid.
✽ This types of glassware includes drinking vessels (drink ware) and tableware used to set a table for eating a meal, general glass items such as vases, and glasses used in the catering industry, whether made of glass or plastics (such as polystyrene and polycarbonate).CUTLERY
